Antrenorul si vicepresedintele BCM Bai Mare, Man Sebastian, cel de care se leaga cele mai mari performante ale clubului a hotarat impreuna cu reprezentatii clubului sa se implice in activitatea administrativa a clubului „Aceasta decizie am luat-o datorita faptului ca, numarul de persoane din administratia clubului este insuficienta cerintelor unui club de Liga Nationala iar pentru a putea fi competitivi trebuie sa ne intarim in toate departamentele.”
